Amazing Massage as always! The space is very cozy and relaxing and the massage is always personalized and targets areas of soreness. Kaila uses essential oils (if client is comfortable) which really help the experience!

My first yoga class after 3 years of knee replacements and a rotator cuff surgery. I took the restorative yoga class, and it was a perfect transition back into practice!
